Burkina Faso and Benin leaders strengthen ties for regional stability

The latter was in Ouagadougou for an official state visit aimed at deepening bilateral relations between the two West African nations.

They agreed to expedite the 5th session of the Joint Mixed Commission and finalize pending agreements. The leaders also celebrated the harmonious integration of their communities and reaffirmed the significance of the historical and human ties binding their peoples together.

The visit concluded with an official invitation extended by Benin’s President to his Burkinabè counterpart, symbolizing a renewed commitment to advancing regional prosperity and integration.
