Affaire Succès Masra : la Cour suprême du Tchad inscrit le dossier à son audience du 21 mai 2026

A significant judicial update has emerged regarding the ongoing case involving Succès Masra. The Chadian Supreme Court’s Judicial Chamber has officially listed the matter for its ordinary public hearing. This pivotal session, to be conducted by the 2nd Criminal Section, is slated for Thursday, May 21, 2026, commencing at 9 AM.

An official document, issued in N’Djamena on May 19, 2026, and bearing the signature of section president M. Samir Adam Annour, details the specifics of case n°092/25. This legal confrontation pits Succès Masra and the Mandakao accused, whose defense is led by a collective of lawyers including Me Kadjilem-baye Francis, against the Public Ministry and the Chadian State, the latter represented by the State Judicial Agency (AJE).

The upcoming hearing’s primary focus is a cassation appeal challenging criminal judgment n°018/25. This judgment was originally delivered by the N’Djamena Court of Appeal on August 9, 2025. Magistrat Amadou Oumarou has been designated as the rapporteur for this significant file.
