Royal appointment of judicial council members in Morocco

His Majesty the King has approved the appointment of two new members to the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, reinforcing the institution’s leadership and continuity. Among them, Mr. Mohamed Abdennabaoui has been reappointed for a second term as First President of the Court of Cassation and, in this capacity, as Deputy President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.

Additionally, the Royal decree includes the appointment of Mrs. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni as new members of the Council. These decisions reflect the King’s commitment to judicial excellence and institutional stability.

Further appointments were made, including the reappointment of Mr. Farid El Bacha, Mr. Mohamed Zouak, and Mr. Mohamed Ennasser for a second term, in accordance with the Constitution’s provisions governing the composition of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.

The newly appointed members were sworn in before His Majesty the King, who ensured their oaths were received in a solemn ceremony, marking the beginning of their official duties.
