Chad strengthens security with key ministry appointments

Chad’s Ministry of Public Security has undergone strategic leadership changes with two key appointments aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Mahamat Koty Abdraman now leads the Directorate General of User Reception Centers, taking over from First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other duties within the security sector.
In a parallel move, Khassim Taha Bouri has been named Director of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Equipment and Personnel. He succeeds Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also transitioned to a new position elsewhere in the government.
