Tunisia and Senegal to host FIBA world cup 2027 qualifiers

The FIBA Africa regional office has finalized the host nations for the fourth window of the 2027 FIBA World Cup African Qualifiers.

Tunisia will stage Group E action at the Radès Multipurpose Sports Hall, located in the greater Tunis area, while Senegal will host Group F at the Dakar Arena.

The four-day tournament window runs from August 27 to August 30.

Group E features Cameroon (5-1), Guinea (4-2), Tunisia (4-2), Nigeria (4-2), South Sudan (4-2) and Cape Verde (3-3).

Group F brings together Senegal (5-1), Côte d’Ivoire (5-1), Mali (5-1), Angola (4-2), Egypt (3-3) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2-4).

The fifth and concluding qualification window’s hosts will be announced in due course.
