This state-of-the-art facility, located in the Bellevue 1 district of Libreville’s third arrondissement, represents a major leap forward in enhancing the country’s intelligence and defense infrastructure.
Conceived as part of a broader government initiative to modernize public sector operations, the three-story annex spans 900 square meters and is engineered with cutting-edge security features. Every detail, from structural layout to internal systems, has been meticulously planned to meet the strictest confidentiality and operational standards.
The building’s floor plan is strategically divided to optimize workflow. The ground level hosts the Judicial Investigations Directorate, the first floor accommodates the Military Security Directorate, and the top floor is reserved for the General Directorate’s leadership and executive operations.

In a formal address to assembled civil and military leaders, Colonel Joseph Ondo Be, head of the DGCISM, conveyed deep appreciation on behalf of all personnel.
