Just as the departure of Mason Greenwood looms large, the Olympique de Marseille faces the potential loss of another pivotal squad member. Reports suggest that AC Milan is seriously considering a move for Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, the Danish midfielder, as the French club continues its efforts to streamline payroll and secure additional financial flexibility.
AC Milan’s growing interest in Højbjerg
While negotiations have not yet reached an advanced stage, Milan’s head coach, Ruben Amorim, intends to assess his squad during pre-season before making any final decisions. However, if a midfielder departs from the Rossoneri’s ranks, Højbjerg could quickly emerge as their top priority.
