On Thursday, July 9, the Moroccan Attorney General to the Court of Cassation and President of the Public Prosecution, Hicham Balaoui, hosted a working session in Rabat with Ousmane Abderamane Djougourou, Inspector General of Chad’s Independent Anti-Corruption Authority. The meeting was part of a working visit aimed at learning from Morocco’s proven strategies in preventing and combating corruption.

The Chadian delegation gained firsthand insights into several initiatives led by the Moroccan Public Prosecution. Among these is a dedicated hotline for reporting corruption and embezzlement cases, alongside the digital platform e-TABLIGH. This secure online tool enables citizens to file reports on suspected corrupt acts while ensuring sensitive data is processed using cutting-edge encryption technologies.
