Ousmane Sonko finalizes national assembly cabinet with key appointments
Ousmane Sonko has formally announced the composition of his cabinet, highlighted by the appointment of Marie Rose Khady Fatou Faye as Director of Cabinet. This new team, comprising ten special advisors, is tasked with supporting the President in organizing and coordinating the activities of the National Assembly.
The President of the National Assembly, Ousmane Sonko, has established his administrative cabinet, naming a Director of Cabinet along with ten special advisors to streamline the institution’s operations.
Leading the cabinet is Marie Rose Khady Fatou Faye, who assumes the pivotal role of Director of Cabinet. Her primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless coordination of activities within the President’s office at the parliamentary institution. This core leadership is further strengthened by ten special advisors, including Daouda Ngom, Amadou Moustapha Ndieck Sarre, Khady Diéne Gaye, Alioune Sall, Maimouna Dieye, Amadou Chérif Diouf, Fatou Diouf, Alpha Ba, Ibrahima Thiam, and Sidy Alpha Ndiaye.
This newly formed team is expected to provide essential assistance in overseeing institutional matters, coordinating cabinet operations, and implementing the strategic directives set forth by the leadership of the parliamentary body.
