President Paul Biya sends national day felicitations to Madagascar’s leader
Cameroon’s head of state, President Paul Biya, has conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to his Malagasy counterpart, President Michaël Randrianirina, as Madagascar marked its national day on June 26.
In his official message, the Cameroonian leader extended wishes for unity and prosperity to the people of Madagascar. “Mr. President and dear brother, it is my pleasure to address to you, on the occasion of the celebration, on June 26, of your country’s national day, my sincere and warm felicitations. I join my wishes for concord and prosperity for the Malagasy people,” President Paul Biya wrote.
