As the visit concludes today, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema departs Sierra Leone with fond memories. His visit, which began on August 2 alongside First Lady Zita Oligui Nguema, was marked by warm welcomes—from a military salute upon landing to traditional greetings from local communities, all expressing eagerness to build a shared future with Gabon.
Following his departure, President Oligui Nguema is scheduled to arrive in Abidjan, where he will attend a high-profile ceremony marking Côte d’Ivoire’s 66th anniversary of sovereignty on Friday.
