Morocco hosts DRC envoy with presidential message for King Mohammed VI

In Rabat on Wednesday, Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, welcomed Crispin Mbadu Phanzu, the Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC) Minister Delegate to the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for La Francophonie and Congolese Abroad. Minister Mbadu Phanzu conveyed a significant message from President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo directly to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Following their discussions, Minister Mbadu Phanzu addressed the press, commending the outstanding bilateral cooperation between Morocco and the DRC. He emphasized the deep historical ties connecting the two nations. Furthermore, he clarified that a key objective of his visit to the Kingdom was to advance his country’s bid for the Secretary-General position within the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
