Cameroon’s ADC secures BVMAC premium listing approval

Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.), the entity managing Cameroon’s airports, has received a crucial validation for its entry into the premium class of the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC) stock exchange. This significant development emerged from a comprehensive evaluation workshop held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Kribi. The gathering convened key stakeholders, including members of ADC’s Board of Directors, its General Assembly, representatives from the BVMAC, and various brokerage firms actively supporting ADC S.A. through its listing process.

The agenda for this vital restitution and appropriation workshop, which also saw the participation of several directors and deputy directors from ADC SA, featured a detailed presentation of the stock market introduction procedure. Patrick MBARGA, the Head of ADC’s Management Control Division, led this presentation, outlining the intricate steps involved. Following this, the progress of the listing was rigorously assessed by independent consulting firms Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A., ensuring thorough due diligence.

The initial phase of this evaluation concluded with an address from the Director General of the BVMAC. He expressed profound satisfaction with the advanced state of ADC SA’s preparations, confidently stating that, at this stage, the company is unequivocally ready for its introduction to the stock exchange, specifically qualifying for the prestigious premium class listing. This marks a pivotal moment for ADC S.A. and the Cameroonian economy.
