Libya and Chad Strengthen Military Ties Amid Regional Stability Concerns

The Libyan general, Saddam Haftar, met with the Chadian president, Mahamat Déby Itno, in N’Djamena to discuss military cooperation and security, strengthening relations between Libya and Chad.
