Chad’s top economic advisor visits N’Djamena for regional talks

Algiers — Mohamed Boukhari, Chair of Algeria’s National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE), arrived in N’Djamena on Tuesday at the invitation of Chadian counterpart Ahmat Mboudou Mahamat. The visit aligns with the official opening of the second ordinary session of Chad’s Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Council for 2026, scheduled for Wednesday.
